Welcome to Japan, and welcome to Yahatazushi.
How is your stay in Japan?

We believe you may also have opportunities to eat sushi in your own country, but it is probably—more or less—different from the sushi you have here in Japan.

Yahatazushi is a traditional sushi restaurant in Tokyo with over one hundred years of history. We serve carefully selected fish and other ingredients, with shari made from pesticide-free, organic rice grown in our own dedicated rice field, and we shape each piece with the spirit of “preparing it sincerely, just for you.” Together, these elements come as one to bring exceptionally delicious sushi to you.

Please enjoy authentic Edo-mae (Tokyo-style) sushi here in Japan.
