Both Yuya and Kitajima-kun love chicken.

The fifth-generation owner, on the other hand, is not particularly fond of chicken; even among poultry, duck is by far his favorite.

Since Yuya loves chicken so much, it appears quite frequently in our staff meals.

Yesterday’s meal was stir-fried chicken liver and garlic chives, and today’s is orange chicken, inspired by Panda Express, the fast-food chain that is hugely popular in America!

We use health-conscious chicken breast, coated in rice flour, which absorbs less oil when fried.

The sauce is flavored with orange juice, giving it a sweet-and-tangy finish that makes you want another bowl of rice!

Shrimp and nuts (honey walnut shrimp) are added as accents, and they are truly addictive.

Even the fifth-generation owner, who is not especially fond of chicken, can enjoy this deliciously—and that makes him happy.
