Enjoy Our Omakase Nigiri Course at the Evening Counter
Our popular evening counter offering, the “Omakase Nigiri Course,” features carefully selected sushi toppings of the day, served one by one, each already seasoned.
The course begins with that day’s appetizer.
Then comes the long-awaited nigiri sushi.
Some pieces of nigiri are lightly brushed with soy sauce, others are seasoned with irizake, and still others are served with a light sprinkling of salt. We use a variety of seasonings to bring out the flavor of each fish to its fullest.
Partway through, we serve an assortment of pickles as a palate cleanser.
The first half of the sushi tends to feature lighter, more refreshing flavors, while the second half centers on somewhat richer selections. By combining variations in the intensity of each fish’s flavor, its fat content, and the degree to which it has been cured, we create a progression with a story so that the course never becomes monotonous.
The meal includes a total of 12 pieces of nigiri, two kinds of sushi rolls, house-made tamagoyaki, and a bowl of soup.
Dessert concludes the meal.
Evening counter seating is by reservation only. Please choose either the Omakase Nigiri Course (¥10,000, tax included) or the Matsu Course (a meal and sushi course, ¥12,000).
We look forward to your reservation.
