Jin, Yuya’s preschool classmate and closest friend, has been involved in equestrianism since childhood and has an exceptional affection for horses.
The fifth-generation owner has also had the opportunity to go horseback riding with him several times, and from the way he interacted with the horses, he could see just how much Jin loves them.
After the earthquake disaster, Jin moved to Odaka in Minamisoma, Fukushima Prefecture—one of the affected areas—where he launched a company related to equestrianism and horses. He continues to work hard every day.
A television drama based on Jin is now set to air.
It is an anthology drama on TV Tokyo called “Kaze no Fuku Fukushima,” based on real people who have relocated to Fukushima. The first episode will feature Jin’s story.
It will air from 12:42 a.m. on Friday, January 10 (0:42 a.m. on January 11), so don’t forget to set your recorder!
