Vietnamese jasmine rice is delicious!
I traveled to Vietnam with my best friend Mr.Thu and had a variety of treats, but no matter how delicious Vietnamese food is, there is nothing like the previous combination.
According to Mr. Thu, they have a variety of delicious dishes, so eat them too! However, there is nothing better than the combination of Vietnamese jasmine rice and empty core vegetables.
In response to the love of the fifth generation for jasmine rice, he brought rice as a souvenir the other day.
It’s already the most happy souvenir!
What is so delicious about Vietnamese rice? You may think so. That’s the smell.
When eating biryani or curry, I think Indian long-grained rice goes well with it, but I don’t eat it with rice alone, but I think it’s delicious to eat it with spices such as curry, so the texture matches rather than the aroma of rice.

However, as the name suggests, Vietnamese rice has a good aroma, so it’s delicious even if you eat it alone!
Since then, I have been cooking jasmine rice every day at home.
Mr. Thu’s wife, Phuong, taught me how to cook.
Unlike Japanese rice, it seems that the trick is to press the rice cooker button and cook it immediately after sharpening.
The fifth generation also tried various cooking methods and the amount of water, and it was certainly the right answer.
If you soak it in water like Japanese rice, it will be chewy and cooked, and it will be no different from Japanese rice.
Therefore, by slightly less water and cooking as soon as it is sharpened, it will be as delicious as what is eaten in Vietnam.

When it comes to Vietnam, people often think of pho and bun noodles, but the rice is also very delicious.
If you have a chance, please try it!
That’s right. Today, September 2nd, is the 80th anniversary of the founding of Vietnam.
Congratulations!!
