Sake from Ishikawa, Toyama, and Niigata, Too

Hoping to contribute, even in a small way, to the recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake, we have incorporated many sake selections from Fukushima and Miyagi.

These include Fukushima’s celebrated labels, such as Aizu Chujo, Daishichi, and Ippongi, all very popular with our guests.

Of course, the foremost reason we serve them is that they are delicious, but Fukushima truly has so many outstanding sakes.

While it goes without saying that sake from Niigata, a renowned rice-producing region, is delicious, the Hokuriku region, which was affected by the recent earthquake, also has many excellent sakes.

From among them, we have stocked Ginban, a celebrated sake from Toyama.

It is a junmai daiginjo polished to 50%.

Going forward, we will also bring in sake from Ishikawa and Toyama from time to time, so please do try them.

We also have delicious sake from regions other than Tohoku and Hokuriku.
