Yahata Sushi appears in the first episode of TOKYO BLADE MASTER, a new series launched by TV Tokyo’s official YouTube channel.

This feature video is about chefs’ knives, and includes the fifth-generation owner’s knives as well as Kitajima’s katsuramuki peeling technique.
