Lettuce Burger Neo
Our grilled Pacific saury lettuce burger, made with this year’s abundant catch of saury, has thankfully been very well received.
And now, a new lettuce burger has arrived.
Its name is the “Grilled Pacific Saury and Ankimo Lettuce Burger.”
One of the concepts behind the lettuce burger series is that it changes with the seasons and the ingredients available that day, and with the addition of ankimo from this time of year, it has become even more delicious!
The seasoning is basically much the same in every version.
The lettuce is dressed with a small amount of mayonnaise; the grilled tofu with anago tsume sauce; the ball of sushi rice with wasabi; and the saury and ankimo with momiji oroshi.
It is finished with sprouts and finely sliced myoga ginger as toppings.
It is the customer who firmly wraps everything in a large leaf of lettuce to make it into a burger.
Please enjoy it just as you would bite into a hamburger!
