Thank You for Watching Ichikawa Ukonji on Television
Thank you very much for watching BS TV Tokyo’s “Tonight, a Stylish Drink with Ichikawa Ukonji at a Neighborhood Sushi Restaurant.”
We are honored to have been able to contribute to such a wonderful program.
Ukonji-san also brought along his son, Ukon-san, and we were delighted that both of them enjoyed their meal.

We are also grateful to Professor Nozomu Hayashi, known as “Limbo-sensei,” who appeared as one of our regular guests, as well as to Nozoko Noro.

Limbo-sensei has been a customer since he was in high school, while we have known Ms. Noro for some 40 years.
As Ukonji-san and Ukon-san are Keio alumni, Waseda was, so to speak, away territory for them. But Limbo-sensei is also a Keio University alumnus, so they had the numerical advantage—there was a warm and lively atmosphere.
Unfortunately, those parts were cut, so it was a shame that we could not share those amusing exchanges with you.
Please take a look at the photos from the day.
We could not post these until after the broadcast, so please excuse the delay.
Incidentally, the program will be available on TVer for a limited time, and it will be rebroadcast on Saturday, June 20 at 9:30. If you missed it, please do watch it.

By the way, a program called “Marubun no Ichi no Chōten” will air on Nippon TV from 22:30 on Sunday, April 5.
This time Yahata Sushi will appear only in the on-screen captions, but please do watch that as well.
