Makanai 76 TOMYAM Ramen 🇹🇭🍜

Makanai 76 TOMYAM Ramen 🇹🇭🍜

Did you know that TINUN TOMYAM noodle shop, a Thai ramen company that is now expanding nationwide, was founded here in Nishi-Waseda?

It’s been a long time ago, but when the fifth generation who likes curry was in Takadanobaba, I think it was at a curry shop called Malabar.

The landlady there said something like, “This time my son will start a ramen shop called TINUN in Nishi-Waseda, so please go,” and I think it was the debut of the fifth generation of TINUN that I started going (a long time ago I’m sorry if I’m wrong…).

The Tom Yam Kung Ramen I ate at that time was a truly unknown taste, but the fifth generation, who originally liked ethnic food, became a fan of it at once.

The signature menu of Tom Yam Kung Ramen is also delicious, but the fifth generation especially liked Gai Cup La Kao (is it the current Gapao rice?) And it was a combination of Thai-style pork.

I wanted to eat this combination forever, and I often went there after midnight after work.

TINUN restaurant has recently been served by young people at Hachiman Sushi, and it seems that he often goes there at this time of year because there is cold Thai ramen.

My son, who likes to make it by herself when she meets something delicious, made her favorite cold Thai ramen without it.

The head shrimp is stewed with the whole shell, the broth is removed, and the time and effort is spent to make a rich soup.

Pour plenty of soup on the colorful noodles served in a bowl.

It may not be as good as the original, but I can’t stop the chopsticks because of the quite authentic taste.

Later, let’s make Tom Yam Kun rice for the fifth generation, who likes rice rather than noodles.

This is delicious again.

I usually eat rice in moderation, but on this day, I ate 3 sets in a tea bowl!

After all, Asian food is delicious.

I think I can get through the hot summer with this!
