Organizing Books
Yahata Sushi has been featured in many magazines and newspapers over the years, and those features have appeared in print.
While we have not kept every one of them, we decided to organize those that remain on hand.
In addition to food magazines, we seem to have been featured in a wide range of publications, including travel magazines and women’s magazines, for which we are truly grateful.
However, being printed publications, they take up a great deal of space when there are many issues.
So, for magazines other than those about food, we cut out only the cover, the article, and the back cover, then stapled them together.
For newspapers, we cut out the articles and organize them in files.

Looking back through them, Yahata Sushi’s omakase nigiri has also changed over these past twenty-some years.
Today, we serve the pieces one at a time at the counter, each individually seasoned, but at first they were served arranged on a plate.
Among features from other industries, there was also an article in Yoshinoya’s in-house magazine.
This article featured the fact that three generations of our family frequented the first Tsukiji branch.
In another women’s magazine, there is also an article from when Hiromitsu Kitayama, formerly of Kis-My-Ft2 (Kis-My), was interviewed at Yahata Sushi.
It may be difficult to make out in the photos, so please have a look when you visit us.
