Oishinbo, a landmark gourmet manga series.

Oishinbo à la Carte, December issue, a single volume carefully compiled from episodes centered on sushi, has just been released.

And the sushi featured on this book’s cover is from Yahata Sushi.

The photo used was taken during the “First Studio Photo Shoot” we wrote about on this blog on July 24 this year.

It is apparently available at convenience stores and bookstores, so please do pick up a copy and take a look.
